1. International Internet Failures
   Due to Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd's inability to control signal strength, the reception of signals through the internet and routing depends on the structure of the client’s equipment or the reliability of the connection. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd is not responsible for communication failures, distortions, or delays occurring during internet-based transactions.
2. Market Risks and Online Trading
   Precious metals trading involves substantial risks and is not suitable for everyone. Please refer to the Client Agreement for a detailed description of the risks. Regardless of the convenience or efficiency of online trading, it does not reduce the risks associated with precious metals trading.
3. Password Protection
   Clients must store their passwords securely and ensure that third parties cannot access the trading facilities. Clients agree to be fully responsible for all instructions transmitted via email and all instructions issued to Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd orally, in writing, or by email, even if issued by third parties. Such instructions, verified with the client’s password and account number, are deemed authorized. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd is not obligated to further verify apparent authority and is not liable for consequences arising from actions or inactions based on such instructions or apparent authority.
4. Quotation Errors
   In the event of errors in quotations or transaction prices, Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for account balance errors resulting from such errors. These errors include, but are not limited to, trader quotation errors, non-market prices, or any pricing errors (e.g., hardware, software, or network issues, or errors in third-party data). Adequate time must be allowed for order execution and margin calculations. Orders placed too close to market prices may trigger other orders (regardless of type) or margin calls. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd is not responsible for margin calls, account balances, or positions caused by insufficient system processing time. This is not an exhaustive list. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct or adjust any errors. Disputes related to quotation or execution errors will be resolved at Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd’s sole discretion. Clients agree to indemnify Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd for any resulting losses, damages, or liabilities.
5. Arbitrage
   Internet delays and quotation errors may result in prices displayed on Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd’s trading platform that do not reflect real-time market prices accurately. Arbitrage or "sniping," or profiting from price discrepancies caused by network delays, is not permitted in over-the-counter markets where clients trade directly with dealers. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd does not allow such activities on its platform. Trades based on delayed pricing opportunities may be canceled. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust accounts involved in such activities. Disputes related to arbitrage or price manipulation will be resolved solely by Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until such issues are resolved.
6. Price, Order Execution, and Platform Manipulation
   Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd strictly prohibits any form of manipulation of its prices, execution, or platform. Suspected accounts may be investigated and reviewed, with any profits from related activities deducted. Necessary corrections or adjustments will be made. Disputes arising from arbitrage or manipulation will be resolved solely by Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd. Relevant incidents may be reported to regulatory or law enforcement agencies. These actions do not waive or impair Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd’s rights or remedies, which remain expressly reserved.
7. Bankruptcy Disclosure
   Transactions conducted with Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd are not performed on an exchange. In the event of bankruptcy, clients may not have priority claims for funds deposited or profits earned and will be treated as unsecured creditors, compensated only after priority claims are settled.
8. Introducing Broker Disclosure
   Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd does not regulate the activities of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and is not responsible for any statements made by them. IBs operate independently. Agreements between Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd and IBs do not establish joint ventures or partnerships. IBs are neither agents nor employees of Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd.
1. Clients understand and agree that if their account with Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd was introduced by an IB, the IB may access their personal data and account trading activity. IBs cannot trade on behalf of clients without formal authorization agreements.
2. Precious metals trading involves high risks. Only "risk" funds should be used for such transactions. Clients without surplus funds to lose should not engage in precious metals trading.
3. Clients understand that IBs or third parties offering trading systems, courses, programs, research, or advice may not be regulated by government authorities.
4. If clients were previously informed or believed that third-party systems, courses, or advice guarantee profits, they acknowledge that all trading involves significant risks of loss.
5. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information or advice from IBs or third parties.
6. Clients acknowledge that Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd and its affiliates have made no guarantees regarding future account performance.
7. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd provides risk disclosure information to new clients. Clients must read and understand this information before trading.
8. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd does not control or guarantee the accuracy of information or advice from IBs or third parties.
9. Frontdesk Finance Pty Ltd does not endorse or guarantee the services provided by IBs. Clients are responsible for verifying and assessing IBs before using their services.
